before we search, we get you pre-approved. We will get with a loan officer who will let you know exactly how much you qualify for. This puts you in the strongest possible position when the right home hits the market.

I find and send you homes that match your criteria and flag the ones that don’t. No waisted time, no pressure. Just the right options. From there, We schedule appointments to tour in person.

Offer and Acceptance

We craft a strong but strategic offer. I will negotiate on your behalf to ensure you get a great deal. We will consider all circumstances, including days on market, repairs needed, and sellers motivation. Once our offer gets accepted, we celebrate….then we get to work.

Pending Period

Once under contract, I guide you through inspections and appraisals. During the inspection period, we re-negotiate based on any defects the house may have. The key idea here is no surprises. I keep you informed every step of the way.

We finally made it to the finish line! We review your closing documents to ensure everything is accurate. Once the docs are signed and the loan gets funded, we hand over the keys and welcome you home. This is what we worked for.
